Unbelievable customer service experience yesterday at the Bee Cave Vision Center. Went in for a new... frame replacement. Served while I waited by a courteous and professional staff. Special shout out to the optician, Gail. Gail, if you need a Green Card, I'll marry you so you can stay in the country. This store should be the model for every retailer in the country.

The website is great, the staff are super friendly and accommodating and Dr. Nelson was thorough and... delightful. The office is beautiful with great parking and it's easy to find. Everything was top notch. I was able to make an appointment online which was fantastic since I was in another country with a 7 hour time difference. I will be returning for future appointments!
