Bee Cave Vision Center

I went to Bee Cave Vision Center for a contact lens exam, and somehow…my vision in one eye actually got better. At 42, that’s basically a miracle. I walked in expecting bad news and left feeling like I beat the system. They did dilate my eyes with a new method, and at one point I was being moved between like four different futuristic machines...I’m not entirely sure what happened, but I’m pretty confident they scanned my soul at least once. Either way, everything was quick, smooth, and surprisingly efficient. Scheduling was easy, pricing was reasonable (especially for being this close to Westlake), and the whole process felt really convenient. Also, shoutout to the front desk: super helpful, friendly, and not pushy at all. No weird pressure to buy a year’s worth of contacts or upgrades I didn’t need. Even though I ended buying a year's worth...wait a minute! Overall, great experience. Fast, easy, slightly sci-fi, and apparently effective. Definitely recommend.

I and many of my family members have been patients of BCVC and Dr Dobson for 18 years. We have always been treated with the utmost of care and professionalism and will continue to recommend Dr Dobson for any vision care. Dr Dobson treats me, my 90 year young mom who has glaucoma as well as an aunt and cousin. He takes his time to really listen and work with our needs and his staff never makes you feel rushed. I highly recommend them in Austin or in Dripping Springs.

I am glad I found this place. I haven't had an eye exam in 2 years because I hated my old eye doctor. They are very nice here and the office itself has a nice welcoming energy. I'll definitely be back when it comes time for my next eye exam.

Have had a wonderful experience with Dr. Dobson and staff. Specifically to shout out Chris and Carli! They have been extremely helpful and kind. I am very grateful to BCVC!

Unbelievable customer service experience yesterday at the Bee Cave Vision Center. Went in for a new frame replacement. Served while I waited by a courteous and professional staff. Special shout out to the optician, Gail. Gail, if you need a Green Card, I'll marry you so you can stay in the country. This store should be the model for every retailer in the country.

The website is great, the staff are super friendly and accommodating and Dr. Nelson was thorough and delightful. The office is beautiful with great parking and it's easy to find. Everything was top notch. I was able to make an appointment online which was fantastic since I was in another country with a 7 hour time difference. I will be returning for future appointments!

I went to the Dripping Springs location. The staff was friendly and efficient. The doctor took her time to really make sure I was getting what I needed from the visit. It's nice to have a place for my eye care.
